Tina Collins

Executive Chef 

 

Hi, I'm Tina! I'm an autodidact baker, cake artist, and chef who enjoys serving others. The journey of becoming an autodidact baker and cake artist began simply with a Jamaican Rum Cake recipe that I experimented with and created numerous variations of over the years. 

 

I was born and raised in a small rural town called Lorman which is located in southwest Mississippi. I have a tremendous family background of amazing "cooks". My grandmother, Pernola, and mother, Christine, was a great cook for over 40 years. Watching my mother in the kitchen over the years inspired the passion I have today for serving others.

Baking and cooking, in my opinion, requires four main ingredients: 1 cup of patience, 1 cup of time, a pinch of soul, and 1 gallon of love!
